Sushi and Wine

Modern sushi is a harmony of delicate, individual flavours, each telling its own complex story of umami, acidity, salinity, and intensity. We are putting together our own sushi menu, made in-house, with a pairing of sublime and often unexpected wines, for an evening of gastronomic unity.
